Why These Charities

Movember & Right To Play

Men's health · mental health

Rugby — through school and university — first connected me to Movember, and a few months ago I became closer to the charity when my grandad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It funds exactly the things too many men stay quiet about until it's too late: prostate and testicular cancer, mental health, suicide prevention.

Learn about Movember
Play · protect · educate

Sport has given me confidence and a strong sense of purpose, and it's something I'd love for others to feel too. Travelling through Sumba, I saw how much sport meant to children with far less than I'd ever had — it's an area I want to help change. Right To Play reaches millions of kids like them each year, using play to protect, educate and empower.

The Fundraiser

Every kilometre needs
a reason. Give one.

Every donation is automatically split evenly between Movember and Right To Play. It would mean a huge amount to me if you could chip in, even if it's a small amount.
