Rugby first connected me to Movember, and it became personal when my grandad was diagnosed with prostate cancer. It funds the things too many men stay quiet about until it's too late.
About Movember →From the Scottish border to Land's End, on foot. Over 21 marathons back to back, in under two weeks, for Movember and Right To Play. It's the biggest thing I've ever attempted, and right now I'm working my way back from a hamstring tendinopathy so I can start it properly.

About Movember →
Sport has given me confidence and purpose. Travelling through Sumba, I saw how much it meant to children with far less, and Right To Play uses play to protect, educate and empower millions of kids like them.
About Right To Play →Running the length of a country has been the goal for a long time. Here's where things stand right now.
Once I'm fully fit. I'm working my way back from a hamstring tendinopathy, and I'm not setting a date until I know my body can handle 65km days back to back. As soon as it's set, the email list hears first.
North to south. I start at Marshall Meadows on the Scottish border and finish at Land's End, heading down through Yorkshire, the Midlands and the West Country. I'm still finalising the exact route in between.
915km in under two weeks works out at around 65km a day. That's more than a marathon and a half, every day, with no real days off.
I'd love that. Once the route is set, I'll share where I'll be so people can join for a stretch. Join the email list below and you'll get the details.
For now, join the email list and follow along on Instagram and YouTube, where I'm sharing the training and recovery. Donations to Movember and Right To Play will open when the date is announced.
Join the list and you'll hear the start date, the full route and how to get involved before anyone else.
I'll be sharing the build-up and recovery along the way.
